Preparation for Year 10 work experience is well underway at Bede. In Personal Development time, Dr. Sams outlined the importance of practical experience in deciding on a career and standing out to future employers. He guided students through all the steps: from identifying work placements, to approaching companies and making the sort of application that gets noticed. We have been impressed by the enthusiasm and motivation of the many students already on their way to securing excellent opportunities. They have shown us that they have the character to succeed – and we know their future employers will agree.
