In reception we are learning all about people who help us. Dr Quinn visited us yesterday to tell us all about being a doctor. Dr Quinn told how doctors help us all and where they work. He talked about some of the equipment he uses, like his stethoscope, and we listened to a healthy heartbeat and a poorly heartbeat. Dr Quinn told us that sometimes doctors give us medicines or put bandages on to help us get better. He helped us learn how to keep ourselves healthy by washing our hands and doing exercises.
